Budget

The budget of our association is developed each year by the Treasurer.  It is then approved by the entire Board of Directors.  Our fiscal year is the same as the calendar year.

Our only source of income is from the annual dues which are collected in December. 

The table below shows the 2009 budget and the proposal for 2010, which was approved by the Board of Directors.  The 2010 budget called for an increase of $9.00 per household per year in dues, to a total of $135.00 per household per year.  The rate was last increased for the 2007 calendar year, so this is the first increase in three years.  Details were provided to all homeowners in a mailing sent out in December 2009.
