Budget
The budget of our association is developed each year by the Treasurer. It is then approved by the entire Board of Directors. Our fiscal year is the same as the calendar year.
Our only source of income is from the annual dues which are collected in December.
The table below shows the 2012 budget which has been approved, along with the budgets since 2008. The assessment for this year will be $140.00.
