Community Group email
Announcements are emailed periodically, usually following HOA meetings. A community email list is exported from the CAM Portal quarterly. It is used to send emails about updates and useful information about
the community and our association.
Community emails will come from announcements@summitridge-mountairymd.com. (Add this email to your contacts so it does not end up in the junk/spam folder.)
NOTE: your email address must be listed in the CAM Portal in order to receive the announcements. We do the best we can to reach homeowners.

Contact the Community Management Company
Our management company, Community Associations Management (CAM), handles many routine transactions such as homeowner resale packages, assessment fees and penalties, statements of HOA dues assessment, architectural review decision letters, election mailings, and violation letters.

Homeowners may request to be added to the Summit Ridge community Facebook page. Please answer the two questions when submitting the request. You may be asked to provide your home address as proof of residency.
