Summit Ridge Board of Directors Election

The next election will be held June - August 2027 at the Annual Meeting and Election.

If you are interested in a position on the Board, you may nominate yourself or someone else by submitting a bio during the next election June-August 2027.

NOTE: Article III, Section 5 of the Bylaws requires that a quorum of 25% of the eligible voting Members be present at the Election Meeting either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met during the Annual Election meeting, a reconvened meeting will be scheduled. Attendance at the reconvened meeting will be considered quorum.
