Summit Ridge 2025 Board of Director's Election

The 2025 Summit Ridge Board of Director's election is now active, with voting open through August 13, 2025 (5pm ET). A Notice of Annual Meeting and Election package containing nomination and proxy forms and voting instructions was mailed to each homeowner, on June 16, 2025, by Clagett Management.

If you are interested in a position on the Board during the nomination period in June-August 2025, you may nominate yourself or someone else by submitting a bio during the next election.

The 2025 election results will be announced during the Annual Meeting, 8/13/2025, 7pm, via Zoom. See the Calendar page for Board meeting dates and times. See the Contacts page for Board members.

NOTE: Article III, Section 5 of the Bylaws requires that a quorum of 25% of the eligible voting Members be present at the Election Meeting either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met during the Annual Election meeting, a reconvened meeting will be scheduled. Attendance at the reconvened meeting will be considered quorum.
